GAM Racers Chase the Cops on the Race Track!
For Immediate Release Boston, MA - September 12, 2011 

Whelen’s World Challenge #30 Corvette appears with Guardian Angel Motorsport’s Sara & Dave Kuchrawy at Monticello Motor Club’s annual Cops For Kids event for New York police to help raise donations for children’s charities.

Cops for Kids is a police time trial race sponsored by Monticello Motor Club. One hundred percent of the $40,000 raised will be donated on behalf of the Police Benevolent Associations of the New York State Troopers, the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office and Monticello Police Department to the local not-for-profit groups; NYS Troopers PBA Signal 30 Fund, The Sheriffs’ Summer Camp, To Benefit Allyson Strong.

Five members of each law enforcement team competed in tiem trials with 50% of the money raised donated to the winner's charity, 30% to the 2nd place finisher and 20% to the 3rd.

As the race season revs up, Guardian Angel Motorsport (GAM) readies for the Miami Grand Prix race by focusing on a 7 year-old boy named Paul. 

Paul is an epileptic that has Down’s syndrome.  He has low muscle tone, which means that when he gets a cold, he has such difficulty clearing his lungs that he finds himself in Mass General Hospital’s intensive care unit almost monthly for life-saving, lung-clearing assistance.
